The scrubber ash may contain leachable metals but the sewage sludge, sorry "biosolids" that is approved in many jurisdictions to be applied to agricultural lands also contains metals from industrial and other discharges to sanitary sewers.
Don't worry. If you haven't been killed yet from all the arsenic in your system from swallowing cherry pits and allowing the acids in your belly to leach those metals into your precious bodily fluids and organs then you're probably going to be OK.
