Compression & Encryption Technologies Introduces
SPIRACOM, Internet E-Business Services Subsidiary
EDMONTON, ALBERTA--Compression & Encryption Technologies Inc.
(CYH) is pleased to announce the formation of SPIRACOM, a wholly
owned subsidiary of the company. Spiracom has positioned itself
in the expanding E-Business marketplace to offer Internet
E-business services such as E-commerce solutions,
Internet/Intranet development, optimization support, systems
integration and site hosting. Spiracom is targeted to offer
services to both domestic and international service providers and
enterprises. This is complimentary to the markets serviced by
Spiracom's sister company, Compression Communications Corp, the
bandwidth optimization hardware vendor.
CYH management, for some time, has been going through a process of
due diligence on acquisition targets that can provide the services
mandated in Spiracom in order that it can address the market
opportunities currently being identified. Creation of the
corporate entity and the recently announced acquisition of SWCS
Consulting are steps in developing the corporate structure to
handle the new business.
The growth of the information age is driven by both the
communications infrastructure and the content that travels across
the network. CYH has a long history in optimization and management
of communications bandwidth and now with the Spiracom initiative,
CYH is involved in content generation and E-commerce management.
The Spiracom E-business services will provide recurring income
streams that will help to further solidify the corporations'
financial security as well as fuel the anticipated rapid growth of
the company.
