RE: RE: RE: RE: re: Vancouver conferenceSo, Jay says $16 profit, Jeanne says $15 profit and the NR says $18 profit. May seem insignificant on the surface but with thousands of tons of coal --- makes a big difference. So, Jeanne says Sask. won't be drilled for another 2-3 years? Going to milk W. Virginia? Hit Sask. hard? This one made me laugh.
With the amount of profit NAG is supposedly going to make with all the coal mines, including BLUE GEM, by summer they do NOT need to wait 2-3 years to save up and drill ... As a old timer on this BB, I recall there being conditions in the prospecting permits received by NAG for Sask. coal. My memory is weak, so please double check someone. 1) they have to spend a certain amount of money on explorational work each year on each permit but they can transfer the amount to another permit if they spent over the minimum requirements for one permit. NAG has about 1.5 MILLION acres of permitted land!!! I think the coal plays got aways with it last year b/c of the downturn but what about this year?? My guess is that NAG should have drills turning in Sask. by the summer.
My pet peeve with NAG over the past year and a half has always been that the IR are inconsistent many times with their info. Just get it right!! Of course, I'm assuming in this post that what you wrote down regarding your meeting with Jeanne (if in fact you had one) is accurate. I do thank you for putting it on the BB. In any event, the information could have been received by a simple telephone call. I'm interested in what the booth looked like, who was there, did NAG have pamphlets, etc. etc.
P.S. - Jeanne, by-the-way, I thought Jay said $1.50 by summer NOT $1.30? $1.50 is how I read Jay's analysis.
