Sell or not

Sell or notI am new to this board but not to API.  I was in on the original financing and have sold most of my position.  Lets look at this realistically.  API will not go into production.  From what I hear it will cost $2 billion to get going.  The risk would be unbelievable.  So the question is not whether they will sell or not it is when they sell.  To me it is much easier to get a mine going with solution mining than with a shaft so the possibility of a solution mine is a definate maybe.  I am struggling with my last shares whether a sale would result in a big premium to its current trading.  Not knowing that much about potash but knowing stock deals I can not see a sale being much more than mid $7 range.....but who knows.  I was part of the Anglo Minerals original financing and was pissed when they sold out to BHP but in the end it was a real good thing.  Kind of torn here.
