Could SLV Be Bought Out by an Indian Company?

Things seem to be starting to happen at SLV. I find the addition of this new Indian person, Mr. Subramaniam to the board to be an interesting development. I also think that the deal which they reached with the clean coal company for their coal project to be a good idea as well. I wonder if Stealth's share price will increase? I wonder what the huge block of shares for sale at .26 cents is all about?
