PotentialHow high YAN will go is any one guess but lets put few things in perspective.
6 mil. debt was settled with creditors at 0.15 and I came to know today at even 0.17 thanks to our regular poster on this board.
Interestingly creditor had provided overwhelming support at the time of putting the restructuring offer on table and ready to settled at 0.15-0.17, a 400% premium to market share price at that time ( I think share price was in range of 0.03-0.04). More interestingly market cap of YAN at that time was less than 6 mil. (88mil shares before restructuring range 0.03-0.04) and creditors knew about dilution due to PP and merge with Athabaska.
Now considering these facts is it safe to say that creditors were strongly convinced that YAN is worth much more than 0.15 or 0.17? It seems there are some solid selling points to convince creditors and it also reinforced by management participating 100% in PP.
I guess we retail investors would be the last one to know those info but seems market always knows it and thats why YAN is making steady progress from DEC 30, 2009. Clearly this time it is not a pump and dump as it was in SEP 2009.
I wish I have more money to buy even today.
