Year end was September 30 but year end financials have been posted for the past several years on Jan. 27, 28th or 29th. First quarter 2010 (ending Dec. 31) will be coming out Feb. 28 or Mar. 1st.

Accompanying that of course will be MD &A which will be a statement of the direction we are headed. I suspect they will release the location of their factory at the same time and if there are partners. IMHO.
