CORRECTION - WESTSTAR ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Weststar Resources Corp. wishes to correct a typographical error in the news release in Stockwatch dated Jan. 18, 2010. The company had announced a private placement, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, to raise up to $400,000 through the sale of units at a price of six cents per unit. The correct potential number of units issuable under this private placement should read 6,666,667. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one additional common share at a price of 10 cents per share for a period of two years from the date of closing.
Finders' fees may be payable in whole or in part on the units issued under the financing, in accordance with TSX-V policy.
