A lot of insider options, not that anyone has exercised them at .10, but it seems that things are starting to move.

I'm thinking that with such low volume it's just a few interested investors getting in early before the potential announcement is made (reference Oct NR)
MONTREAL, October 01, 2009 – Diadem Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ‘’DRL’’) announced today clarification regarding news to come. The Company is discussing with various potential partners within the mining industry in order to finance an exploration program for the year 2010. At this time, the Company can not guarantee that these negotiations will be successful. Nevertheless, Diadem is optimistic in its endeavors and will announce as soon as a commitment has been completed successfully.
Of course, we haven't heard yet if the PP for $750k was successful, or ever closed:
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Nov 26, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Diadem Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DRL)("Diadem" or the "Company") announced today that it proposes to effect a non-brokered private placement of up to 15,000,000 Units at
.05 per Unit to raise up to $750,000 of equity financing. The private placement is expected to close not later than December 31, 2009.
I think that Diadem is truly trying to make something of the Franklin Diamond project, just as Darnley Bay is commited to finding out just what the heck that anomoly is. But until the money and ducks are all lined up, it's just pure speculation. And that's what going on this week. IMHO
