I also couldn't agree more as well.

I'm sure that the TD bank guys called all their shareholders and told them that there is going to be a credit crisis coming up so everyone could sell to save some of their fiat money, So you could have the capital to buy more shares and recieve even more dividends.  You could have sold it at 65.00 and bought back at 35.00 . almost double the shares and double the dividend. They told you that.... ER.... Right?

Dear shareholders,

Please be advised that the rest of 2010 the banks share price will be less favorable and thus at the end of the year we are contemplating in cutting our dividend.  We also are reporting  higher loan losses than expected, higher credit card defaults,cutting lines of credit.  We do have good news though... Higher user fees and interest rates
