If you just look at cash & near cash, after the deal NWI will have about $29.1 million (including value of Cameron Lake sale), and 390.6 mln shares out. That's about 7.5 cents per share in cash ...not bad if they can make it work for them. I'm expecting lots of mining activity and announcements between now and when the deal closes - NWI is motivated to keep it's share price high so that the deal goes through.
