RE: RE: Too Expensive
RE: RE: Too ExpensiveThe entry point of .40-.50 is merely an estimate of where I believe the stock price will be before news of drilling. I could be wrong of course. it is impossible to put an accurate value on VST, it is a pure spec play. Some say it is worth .21 some say 10 times that. The accurate value of the company is the stock price at the time you look at it. There are many longs here who believe they can't loose and VST will hit a huge reserve and they will become rich overnight. Maybe, but as we all know, this scenario is not very common. My belief is the price will rise on news of drilling, the anticipation alone will force the price up. What happens after that is anyone's guess. My strategy is to take advantage of this rise in price, which is almost certain to happen, rather than hold on long term for the chance of a major hit. WZR should have taught many here some lessons. This investment strategy will always win out in the long run. Mother nature is a mysterious lady, you never know what she has in store. The estimates geos come up with are just that, guesses at best. If they were more than that, VST would have gone to $10.00 on the reserve estimate report alone.
