Reverse SPLIT!!!!!!!!!!!OMG, that is the WORST thing that could happen! But yes, 300 million shares means a SPLIT is inevitable!

IMO!

PS - our friend in the office, "M1", has ALWAYS given us valuable TIPS at the companies he and his brother "M" have worked for, and he's on to something BIG here! SELL now, don't get screwed by a reverse SPLIT!
