Actually the projection for 2010 was 100MW and for 2011 was 400MW for the 4 countries making a total of 500MW for the two years so perhaps the Ontario plant ramping up to 240MW from 40MW this year could account for the 100 projection for this year, but definitely not the extra 400MW for next year.

And still doesn't look after any further markets.
