Other than the fact the management owns shares, why do you own shares and what do you see with this company ?

- asset sales to stay afloat
- shrinking backlog
- no new contracts announced in last 18 months.
- where are the contracts with the gov't infrastructure spending?

Why would you invest your money here?  You have better odds in vegas.

As for the recent pop....small volume with no catalyst to get excited.
