buyout coming ?Not long ago, Rick Rule called buyouts of Canplats and IRC, and they went down just like he said they would. He also called for an EPZ takeover within a year. With Quartermain exiting SSO, a new boss will soon be at the helm of Silver Standard - the most obvious buyer for Esperanza. Often a new CEO will make his mark with a bold move or strategic buy early on in the top seat (Aaron regent at Barrick closing the hedgebook, for example)
