Great NEWS !!!I think, the MOU is great news.

Unfortunally Khan has to give some stake to the mongolians, but will get also more certainty. I read the MOU in a way that the licence is done deal now and the way to the IA is straight forwad.

Has sombody already figured out what russian stake will be after the MOU ?
