RE: RE: Forget the Charts..............I would say if PEM trading in the 40s is a good thing, good entry point to move up from here.... Look like bottoming out here.... Look at VTR which traded a while in the 40s before moving to 70s - 90s... Since PEM has moved up a lot, you have to allow time for people to take profit before taking off again.
