.05/share.....Not sure why you think any money would get the business up and running again.....the article is pretty explicit that the only reason for these takeovers are to access the tax pools....

Also, going by the going rate, if an income trust bought the shell for
.05/share, that money would go to the current shareholders of the company, not into the companies coffers.....and all the shareholders, including yourself, would no longer be shareholders anymore....all the shares would belong to the acuring trust.
