RE: BKX Awarded to new oil/gas concessionsheard that Genuity gave research upside yesterday morning and then upped the price target again today . The instiutions were buying and then were told to buy more so thats why this market looks unbelievable in a downdraft market. Toreador the only other pure  shale player in europe and its $12.00
