% ownership of Treaty Creek

I have noticed that numerous posts refer to AMK owning 60% and TUO owning 40%. At this point in the game the split is TUO 49% and AMK 51%. AMK has the right to earn an additional 9% if and when they go to AND complete a feasability study. This may or may not happen. So it is TUO 49% and AMK 51% currently.
