RE: RE: Future PlansDear Popeye :  I regret that I was unable to respond earlier to your posting of 20th January; I was busy in Kenya finalizing the contract that we have just announced.  I understand your concerns about dilution, expressed also in your more recent post.  The Company is very aware of the impact of dilution, and considers it very carefully as we look at funding needs.  There is a balance between adding shareholder value by making deals that will raise the share price, and the dilution necessary for the initial financing of those deals.  Our judgement is that we add more shareholder value by making deals, rather than by doing nothing and waiting to see what happens in our asset in Mali.
