All the rich use others moneyLeverage is the only way people, You know warren buffet borrowed his first 1000 bucks from i think his uncle.  Thats right he BORROWED it now he is worth billions if it didnt work then alls he has to do is repay the 1000 bucks.  Dont go over board but borrowing some to help isnt a bad idea with interest rates so low.
