Financing?

Financing?Does anyone remember the year that the company was going to announce financing in January? I thought is was 2010 but obviously I mis read that somewhere. 2011? 2012? 2013, 3010, 3011, 3012?  

One has to laugh at one's self and I'm laughing at me right now for holding this dog:(
