The Casa Berardi West Project is located approximately 100 kilometers east and northeast of the town of Cochrane, Ontario. The Company also has an option agreement to acquire The Nicaraguan San Cristobal Gold Project. The San Cristobal Project is located in the department of Matagalpa, within the Municipality of San Isidro, approximately 125 kilometers (km) north of Managua. The Project is located in the Interior Highlands region of Nicaragua.

so it would cost about $60,000 to but 70,000 shares right now that will probably be worth at least $150,000 in the next month or so, I would say pay the market price, these guys have had the shares up for a while and have no idea how valuable the company will become i think.
