I have no idea what's going on out there, but all kinds of things can happen to slow things down, like technical difficulties, weather, holes they have to abandon for various reasons, etc. Usually when nothing happens for a while the SP slides like it did the last few days, but the fact that it is up 2 cents today on 200K volume is a good sign--they must be making progress again.
