Q&A

Q&A
These were just some questions I had after searching for information at other sites. As for the second questions, again, often the number of outstanding shares quoted is out of date and second part was about a reference I had seen about them owning or thinking of owning a 1,000,000 shares @13 cents (currently 2.5 cents). I am impressed with the extremely fast responses and I also live relatively close to the Copeland property. It does look quite promising and had an operating mine from 1970-73 for Moly. I also like the fact that with only 54 million shares out that a private placement is feasible if needed (way better then 300 million + such as Cantex albeit very early in the exploration phase). I will post some independant stuff for the Copeland if I find anything worth noting. Hope this helps and have a great week.

1) Can you provide me with the current properties that Torch River has which are going to be active in the future. IE- Red Bird, 25% interest however no further responsibilities, Nahmint, although they cancelled further participation do we still own any interest for what was expended? Etc.

Barring any problems with answering these, when will the next MD&A be filed on Sedar? Thank-you.

The most interesting property available to Torch River at the moment is the Mt. Copeland.  Only a very small section of a folding vein structure has been mined and management would very much like to investigate further.  Obviously very high grade molybdenum occurs there but as the last newsrelease suggested there exists also the possibility of rare earth elements (REE).  The Grouse Mtn. property near Houston (silver) and the Red Bird (moly) also show promise but also, management is investigating other new properties for exploration.  Although there are no contractual obligations for Nahmint property owners to strike up a new deal with Torch River the two parties are on good terms and aware of the difficulties that last years market meltdown caused junior explorers such as Torch River.  A geochem & geophysical study has recently been done on the Nahmint property that could (positively) influence any decisions made there.

In summary, though at present hampered somewhat by snow cover there are many opportunities available to Torch River and management is carefully plotting the course forward always with an eye to minimizing dilution.  Last year the year end financials were posted at the end of February.

2) Thank-you for the prompt response. The only other things that I was also wondering about is,  what is the most up to date outstanding share number (ie- is 54.44 million correct) and what is the current status of the 1,000,000 shares of Taglish gold, does Torch still own them etc.? Thank-you again for the prompt response.

You are correct...54.4 million is the number of shares outstanding, not including the unexercised warrants and options.  The fully diluted number will be available with the year end financials in February.  Regards Tagish Gold, Torch River was contemplating an investment at one time but does not own shares now nor, did they ever.
