Binding Arbitration Claims

Binding Arbitration ClaimsI wonder if the company will disclose precisely what their claim is against Dr. Kramer prior to the Arbitration hearing.  Such as in the Annual Report subsequent events section.  They have never really disclosed what they are claiming.

I think they disclosed they made claims against the escrow account which held around US$8 million.  But shareholders' losses are about C$150M.  ($12.25 IPO minus $1.29 price today times 14 million shares.)  Do you suppose the company is asking for more than $8M?

And what is Kramer asking for?

Anyone got an opinion?  As a shareholder, I've got the money at stake but I'm the one who knows the least about what is going on.  I wish we had more rights as shareholders.
