It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

RE: NTT add on contractI was lucky enough to pick up another 30k at 1.41/1.42 - doubling my position in SVC.  I don't like buying on news, but with the recent downtick, I saw this as great news and an opportunity swing the 30k picked up today  unless i see more news, an upgrade, more coverage, etc...  Being new to SVC over the last 3 months, I waited the financial news out and watched it drop back to 1.30, as many indicated it would. No prob for me, as I am long, but it is nice to play some short term, with the majority long.

Although this is a fantastic win, I don't see this as making SVC profitable in Q1 - but I see it as another positive step forward.
