RE: Today's News=All positive imo!Dilution=no worrHurrah.... out go Woods.   This guy along with his buddy Clarke has been running the show far too long.   So many delays.  You cannot run a company by not meeting a deadline.

Reading closely at today's NR, I noticed that Woods will continue to provide consultant to Candax..."he (Woods) has agreed to provide some ongoing advice and support to Candax after Closing."

I don't think we will have problems approving today's deal, considering Actics and CAX mgmt/directors owns a huge chuck of the company shares.

Things will start to pick up once GeoService runs CAX in March.

"The key short term focus will be to fix the production issues and in the medium term, Candax should be able to resume its growth."

Now let's get El Bibane running, and try to increase production at Robbana.  Once we have stable productions, we can go back to Chaal.

With regards to Magadascar, I think they will try to extent the drilling permits to later this year.

Good luck to you all,
