RE: Warrants and the news timelineThat doesn't make any sense.....first of all, companies do not generally want warrants exercised....if they are, then they will be diluted for a price much lower then they could generally get in a PP. So if you are saying they want them exercised for the money, that is incorrect, because it would be much less dilutive to do a PP for the same price.
And if the company DID want the warrants exercised, then why the hell would they accelrate the expiry date? The only thing that does is increase the cahnces that the warrants will expire out of the money, especially if they think their stock price is going to go down in the short term.
