Where are .....the daytraders that trade this stock aren't interested in the gold (or uranium), at least they don't have the patience to buy and hold until the gold is drilled and the resource quantified, they're going to treat the news as an opportunity to sell (either lock in profits or bail and minimize losses)
depends what your investing timeframe is - are you chasing a quick buck? or do you want to put your money to work long-term? - myself, I see huge inflation coming down the line, I'm looking to invest my paper $ into a company of substance, with real prospects, good finances and management, and assets that represent tangible value - I'd bet most of the sellers today couldn't care less about these fundamentals, for them UNR is just another ticker-symbol
