RE: Litigation Update = D-O-O-M!!!!Yeah, good point Fraud, they should give litigation updates each hour.  That would be a good use of time.

They only announced the Telus filing a few weeks ago.  It will take them a while to properly investigate the allegations.  Even after that, if they don't believe the claims have merit, why should they update us on it?
