Have emailed Hodge....I have sent the following email to David Hodge and will post his reply if/when received:

Hello Mr. Hodge.  I am a retail investor in CCE as well as a member of Stockhouse.  I have been trying to defend Commerce Resources on the CCE Bullboard since you released the news regarding Mr. Leddings legal problems.  While it has been easy for me to defend the fact that CCE would have had no way of knowing what Shaun would have been filing for income tax/gst purposes, I would like to know why Shaun is being kept around on a consulting basis.

As one poster suggested, during these times of corporate mistrust it is imperative that a company keep every appearance of being honest, transparent, and above board.  I totally agree with that position and would like to hear from you why the decision to keep Shaun around was made.  I suspect our falling sp is the result Shaun's legal troubles and I wouldn't expect it to improve until all ties with Shaun are cut.

Can you please provide an explanation regarding why we are keeping Shaun on staff as a consultant that I can share with other investors on the CCE Bullboard that would reassure us that CCE is operating in the best interest of it's shareholders?

Thanks for your time,

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Seven.
