GLOBAL MINERALS ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE AGREEMENT WITH BARON GLOBAL FINANCIAL CANADA LTD.
Global Minerals Ltd. is arranging a non-brokered private placement of up to 9,285,714 units at a price of 14 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.3-million. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to purchase one additional common share for a period of two years from closing at a price of 20 cents per share in the first year and a price of 30 cents per share in the second year. Finders' fees may be payable in cash and/or shares in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital and mine property development. The financing remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
