RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: ir bulletinI never said the gold won't come out of the ground for free ...
I said that to raise $5 million dollars will require Grey Crown to issue millions and millions of shares and warrants to those who will participate in the PP. Given the current economy, (not to mention the current state of the Ugandan economy, sociology, politics, etc.) any one participating in said PP or subsequent PPs may not want to pay top dollar for a non-performing junior with a slight probability of a possibility of significant gold reserves.
Ergo ... significant gold or not - IBI's share will NOT be as significant as your pie-in-the-sky thinking wants to believe.
Management's history speaks for itself - in February 1998 Canmin (IBI sub) first started with the billion dollar vermiculite mine and around 172,869,398 shares. 11 years later, the shares outstanding were over 286,454,350 with another 25 million options available to management and the said billion dollar resource was sold off for 1/2 - cent on the dollar and the share price has wallowed at 1 to 1 1/2 cents with the occassional spike to 2 cents. AND - guess where the share price was back in February 1998 ... 9 cents !!
You can have a billion dollar resource - but IF you have no clue what the heck you are doing - it doesn't matter.
Significant resource does NOT translate to share price appreciation ... but with IBI it does seem to point to dilution.
