As I mentioned in my previous post....the 50% haircut was a no brainer. There just may be some carnage tomorrow but if one looks at the bottom line....this company makes a ton of dough. The $1.20 annual div is a pretty sweet deal. I'm going to hang around and see how many holders are going to "throw the baby out with the bathwater".



2009 net earnings were $1.42billion or $1.67 per share (diluted), compared to $3.75 billion or$4.42 per share (diluted) in 2008. Adjusted Net Earnings for the yearwere $1.48 billion or $1.74 per share (diluted) compared to $3.88billion or $4.57 per share (diluted) in 2008. Cash flow from operationswas $2.51 billion or $2.95 per share (diluted), compared with $5.95billion or $7.00 per share (diluted) in 2008. Sales and operatingrevenues, net of royalties, were $15.07 billion for 2009, compared with$24.70 billion in 2008
