IfIf this is a 'good day' , Heaven save me from a BAD  one !
The States are increasing their DEBT  to 14.3 Trillion..
If THAT  doesn't scare some people, I don't know what WILL.
I'm into 85%  CASH myself,  as I'd rather be safe than sorry..It's gotten me this far OK.
