That is what they said. They have hit several oil and gas intervals in the aaliji and Shirani formations up to TD so they have succeeded in proving this well. They also have tested excellent flow rates of what is now tested as crude oil (nee condensates) in their shallower creatacious zones.
They can always step out to another Quamchqua target with knowledge from this hole and drill the deeper targets at shallower seismic indications if they can find a target or the Quamchuqua may just be too deep and high pressured. But that aside they are 100% for the targets they could reach and that is a phenominal result.
