LBE digger debt deeper still

LBE digger debt deeper still

Aatozz, looks like I called that one right although it was painfully obvious to anyone with any critical analysis skills. The last line of the news release is telling I think.  We seek Safe Harbor. I will of course be vilified for telling the truth and being right on most predictions I have made.

What this is, is notification that step 3 is on the horizon.

Step 1 - Buying out a, near bankrupt company (done)
Step 2 - Stacking the board with their boys (done)
Step 3 - When debt obligations to JJ are not met they take over up to 76% (almost done)

Step 4 - Buy the rest of the common shares on the market to over 80%
Step 5 - They take the company private and give the long term shareholders a few cents per share

tic toc tic toc for LBE shareholders
