I have found the TF for Schott. The other link takes you to Schott Solar but only mentions the crystalline modules.

Schott formed a seperate company Schott Solar Thin Film in 2008 and that site is concerned with Thin Film.

Again, they fit the bill of a major German PV module manufacturer. Our connection exists, albeit gone by the wayside back in 2001.

I still prefer BOSCH but I agree with you. RWE SCHOTT cannot be ruled out.

And again BOSCH is partnered with SCHOTT on the micromorphous project in the U.S. through ERSOL.
