4th quarter results

4th quarter resultsLooking for insight from accountant types. Even though the cash on hand that Nuvo has arrived in an unconventional way...is it a real possibility that Nuvo may show profit and positive "earnings" on their 4th quarter report?

We all know the money on hand wasn't "earned" in a conventional way...I just want to know if they can cook the books enough to at least make the company look profitable on their next report.
