Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

PETER HODSON'S THOUGHT

PETER HODSON'S THOUGHT
Peter Hodson:
Sensio. My comments on TV last week were totally misinterpreted. We still like the company and as a company we have been net buyers since December. I sold about half my position in my fund only, which is one of the smallest Sprott funds. I sold some because it became a 4% position, which is what happens when a stock goes up much faster than your other holdings. I want it to be a 2% position in the fund, because the market is still uncertain, and their low revenue base may not attract new buyers until markets settle down. What's more, when investors get scared the stocks that have risen 1,000% are often the first things they sell. But we absolutely still believe in the company
