RE: US bank reform-OT

RE: US bank reform-OT

The only opportunity most sane people see is the loss of capital disappearing from their respective PF's.

"How many tens or hundreds of millions of dollars do the large Canadian banks trade on an average day?"

Thanks for making my argument for me.  As stated before the only thing BNS and the rest of the banks are good for is trading.  The trading range varies and has had wild swings since the subprime fiasco. (The first of wave of crippling blows for the financial industry).  If you're not greedy you can trade this successfully for some lunch money.

Newsflash for you Yannio but the Canadian banks along with the CMHC, etc.....are the largest sub-prime mortgage holders on the planet.  Just wait for the bubbles in the real estate market in BC and Ontario to implode.  Guess what?  More junk debt for the Canadian banks.

You know absolutely nothing about the gold or silver market so please restrict your comments to what you do understand, which isn't much.  Buying, holding and DRIP-ing blindly is not a recipe for success.

Yannio maybe you should put a little more effort into your DD rather than trying to be an eloquent spokesperson to try to mask you lack of knowledge and shortcomings in both trading and investing.  You don't fool anyone here except for maybe GrandBrac and a few other pumpers.  NO ONE SHOULD BE LOYAL TO ANY ONE STOCK.  WHEN A STOCK DOESN'T PERFORM, DUMP IT; TAKE YOUR PROFIT OR LOSS AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND LOOK FOR A BETTER OPPORTUNITY.
