RE: NEWS. More dilution again 13.4 MM Shares moreThe share count on this company is already insane  for what they have to show for the investment . I see them having a tough time filling this placement.even if it is flow through  because buyers will know a reverse split is coming and they almost always strip shareholders equity ......
