RE: RE: RE: Who owns ISA's patents?We understand teevee and most of us probably agree.  If no royalty payments are forthcoming, the writing is on the wall and we're left with nothing, not even the rights.

On the other hand, if things start to turn around making ISA a takeover target, a simple takeover by a larger pharma of ISA may not be enough.  They will also, (I'm only guessing), have to deal with Paladin for the patents.
