The company came out and said to all shareholders.

By Sept 2010, we will go broke.
Now I guess that a convincing reason to invest all your money here....

FACTS speak for themselves.

MYG is a high risk very early stage company with no hope of striking an anti-dilutive partnership deal.
Worst, MYG cap is so small that they cannot refinance.

Question for Shareholders is the following.

Is it better to fold the company and take out whatever cash there is or wait for what exactly???
