Techperson, what does your second sentence mean?  A rewrite is surely needed.  (What's the predicate?)

If you care about process and the fidiciary responsibility of the Harper Conservatives to ALL Canadians, well, go for it.  I'm even sympathetic. 

But if you own BCE shares and and are wishing for industrial policy changes in order to make a LOWER return on your investment, then I am absolutely fascinated and want to hear more.  Please continue.
