If you meant the annual report, Billy's dates are your answer. If you meant the annual general meeting date, in 2008 it was on June 5th. In 2009, the company asked the OSC for an extension and it was held in September. I think you are required to publish your annual report within 90 days of your fiscal year-end and hold your annual meeting of shareholders within 6 months of fiscal year-end.
