This would seem to indicate that institutional money is being particularly patient at the moment, which means that the feasibility study might not be far off...
Remember, that upon completion of the feasibility study, Tata Steel
"will then have 180 days to acquire an 80% interest in the DSO project. In order to do so, Tata Steel must reimburse NML for 80% of the expenses incurred on the project up to that point and agree to fund up to C$300 million in capital expenditures on the project. As part of the agreement, Tata Steel has 100% off-take from the project, for which it will pay benchmark prices." (Jennings report Sep/09).
